Candelon Joy Jones, Owner/Coach

 

Candelon has been in professional fitness for 12 years; training busy moms & wives, business women, students, middle school – collegiate athletes, pageant contestants, high profile, senior citizens, many beginners, & every kind of woman in between. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Physical Education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  While attending college and running NCAA cross country at SOSU, she started her own personal training business, & soon after expanded her enterprise to include Adventure Boot Camp. Candelon is a Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer and Fitness & Nutrition Specialist through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association - currently working on her NSCA-CSCS. Through the years, she has taught her boot camp in Durant, OK; Elk City, OK; & Idabel, OK. 

She enjoys coaching and educating her clients to bettering themselves thus bettering their families. Candelon believes one of the ways we can serve God and our families’ best is by committing to maintaining our bodies with an active and healthy lifestyle. We are so much more able to serve others well when we feel good. It is Candelon’s mission and passion to help you succeed at this. Taking this time for yourself…to improve yourself, will reflect in every aspect of your life. She helps clients enjoy the process of gradually making nutritional changes as well - respecting where everyone starts and helping them see their future.

As a busy mom, teacher, & coach, Candelon understands the frustration of finding the time to fit a quality workout into a hectic schedule… and in 10 years of teaching boot camp can still attest to the fact that 5AM is the most ideal time for many women.
